The <a href=\"\/en\/conditions-generales-de-vente-et-d-utilisation\/\">General Terms and Conditions of Sale<\/a> shall prevail.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Lead times<\/h2>\n<p>Every pair of Sillage skis is made to order in our workshop in Villard-de-Lans. Allow <strong>three weeks<\/strong> for manufacture, <strong>four weeks<\/strong> if you have chosen personalisation, before shipping. Accessories in stock (ski bag, beanie, gift card) are dispatched within 72 working hours. We will notify you by email when your order is shipped, with the tracking number.<\/p>\n<h2>Delivery<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Collection from the workshop<\/strong> (135 avenue Jean-S\u00e9raphin Achard Picard, Villard-de-Lans): free, by appointment \u2014 we take the opportunity to check the settings together.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Metropolitan France:<\/strong> DPD delivery <strong>free of charge<\/strong>, within 2 to 5 working days of shipping.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Europe:<\/strong> DPD delivery from \u20ac40 to \u20ac70 depending on the country, within 3 to 6 working days.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rest of the world:<\/strong> \u20ac90, by DPD or international postal services; customs duties and import taxes are payable by you, to the carrier on delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On receipt, open the parcel in front of the delivery driver if possible. In the event of damage or missing items, make written reservations on the delivery note and notify us within 48 hours at <a href=\"mailto:hello@sillage-skis.com\">hello@sillage-skis.com<\/a> with photos: we will take it up with the carrier.<\/p>\n<h2>Bindings<\/h2>\n<p>We mount and adjust the bindings offered on the website based on the information provided with the order (height, weight, age, level, boot sole length). We do not mount bindings supplied by you. If you prefer a particular binding, order your skis without bindings and have it mounted by the professional of your choice.<\/p>\n<h2>Returns and withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>You have <strong>14 days<\/strong> from receipt to change your mind, without giving any reason. Write to us (by email or post), then return the products within 14 days, new and unused, in their original packaging, to: La Fabrique du Ski \u2013 Sillage, 135 avenue Jean-S\u00e9raphin Achard Picard, 38250 Villard-de-Lans. Return costs are payable by you; we will refund the full order (including the initial delivery costs) within 14 days, using the payment method used.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The following cannot be returned<\/strong>, in accordance with the law: personalised skis (colour, text, graphics, base), skis whose bindings have been mounted and adjusted to your measurements, and gift cards that have been used. Skis that have been skied on are no longer \u201cnew\u201d and cannot be taken back.<\/p>\n<h2>Warranty<\/h2>\n<p>Your skis are <strong>guaranteed for two years<\/strong> from delivery against any manufacturing or material defect: delamination, sidewall separation, bonding defects. This commercial warranty is in addition to the statutory warranties of conformity and against latent defects, which apply in all cases.<\/p>\n<p>Not covered: normal wear, scratches and impacts on the base or edges caused by stones and obstacles, knocks and falls, binding mounting or adjustment carried out anywhere other than with us, and any modification made to the ski.<\/p>\n<p>To make a warranty claim, send us photos of the defect and your invoice at <a href=\"mailto:hello@sillage-skis.com\">hello@sillage-skis.com<\/a>. The workshop examines each case and replies within 72 working hours; depending on the diagnosis, we will repair, replace or refund.<\/p>\n<h2>Care<\/h2>\n<p>A well-maintained ski lasts longer: dry the edges after each outing, wax regularly, have the edge sharpening and your bindings checked every season, and store your skis away from heat.
